Quick Pain Relief
My husband hiked 13 miles last Tuesday, November 25 with 3 friends. Later that evening I noticed that he was resting on the couch and asked if he was OK. "I've got a lot of achiness in my left knee." He couldn't/wouldn't give me a number on the pain scale (0 being no pain on up to 10 being the highest pain so I didn't push it. Instead I began doing the "pain drain," placing my left hand on his left knee. I could feel tingling and waves of achiness enter my left hand and go out my right hand which I held down toward the earth. I didn't want to hold onto any of his pain in my own body so I made certain that I was well grounded before I even began. I also called in my guides to help with the healing. After about 5 minutes of holding his knee there was no longer any tingling or achiness. I looked at him and said, "I think your pain is gone. Am I correct?" He nodded his head and said, "OK, now fix my ankle, it hurts too." So I began the pain drain on his ankle and waves of intense pain. Looking at him, I said, "oh, that hurts, doesn't it?" He nodded again. After a few more moments the waves of pain decrease gradually until there was no more. He said all the pain had left! My husband is no longer as skeptical as he was before the session. I thanked the guides for the help and we continued our evening.
